Marketing Information Consent

Thank you for agreeing to receive marketing information from RecycleFarm (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Below are the consent terms regarding the receipt of marketing information from RECYCLEFARM KOREA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., that information service providers must adhere to.

1. Utilization of Personal Information for Marketing Information The Company may utilize the personal information to which the service customer has consented for collection and use, to transmit personalized advertising information about the Company's and third-party products or services via electronic transmission media (such as SMS/MMS/email/App Push, etc.).

2. Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Information Utilization If customers wish to withdraw their consent for the utilization of personal information, they can request withdrawal of consent through the Terms and Conditions and Personal Information Processing Consent menu within the RecycleFarm app or by contacting customer service.

• This consent is considered to have been agreed upon by the user if they clicked the "Agree" button during the registration process after reading and sufficiently understanding all the contents of this guide and agreeing to its application.

• Pursuant to Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act, service use is possible even if the user does not agree to receive marketing information.

• If there is no separate expression of intention, the consent information will be automatically extended every 2 years.

• In accordance with Article 50-8 (Restriction on Transmission of Profit-Oriented Advertising Information) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and Article 62-3 (Confirmation of Consent for Receipt) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Company will provide guidance on receiving marketing information every 2 years.

• In operating the service, various information may be provided to RecycleFarm members through service screens, telephone, e-mail, SMS, postal mail, app push notifications, etc. Information that must be provided regardless of consent, such as the receipt of RecycleFarm mobile coupons, will be provided regardless of consent.

This agreement will be effective from July 1st, 2023.
